We stand behind the GlowLab Therapy Mask and want you to love your results.

30-Day Glow Guarantee

If you've used the mask consistently for at least 2 weeks following the recommended routine (10–15 minutes, 3–5 times per week) and aren't seeing the results you expected, reach out to us at contact@glowlabsco.store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To process your refund, we ask for:

A brief note on your usage routine — how often and how long you used it.
A photo of the product showing it's in your possession.

This helps us understand what happened and continuously improve our products. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

This guarantee is separate from damaged or defective items. If your mask arrives damaged or isn't working as intended, contact us right away with photos and we'll resolve it at no cost to you — no waiting period required.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us at contact@glowlabsco.store as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but our standard refund guarantee above will still apply once you receive it.
